Refund policy

At Estherians, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

2. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact our Customer Service team at Estherianltd@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your items back to us.

  • Returns should be shipped back to the following address:

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if it’s lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different  colour, please follow the same procedure as for returns, and our Customer Service team will assist you in processing the exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] with a photo of the item and a description of the issue.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items and offer a full refund or replacement.
